(Winter: Stargazer has a diesel heater and a woodstove but is not insulated. The cabin can be kept quite warm into the low 30's if these heaters are running. I want to explain, more in depth, the property and things you can expect. The property is located on the Eastern Shore of Virginia and is surrounded by Salt Water. We run WELL WATER at this property and there are times when it will smell a little funny, because of the minerals in the water. This is a BEACH property and there are regular BUGS you would expect to see in the country, so we ask that you bring BUG REPELLENT. We do treat the yard and apartment!

The Canvasback Cottage

This unique place has a style all its own. Cottages on the Point was launched in 2018 and offers timeless interior styling and stunning resort style outdoor views. The property features a seasonal (Mid-April to the end of October) 14,000 SF outdoor tiki bar with a shared saltwater pool with swim up bar, outdoor kitchen, and live music. The residences are adjacent to the tiki bar deck and include open layouts, terraces, and custom décor.
