You will be within about 2 miles from the best that Detroit has to offer. We can accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably, making it the perfect rental for a quick getaway to the city! There is access to the back deck and fire pit in the (shared) fenced back yard for enjoying a relaxing evening.

Come stay at our preserved 1912 lower flat, furnished with Detroit-honored art & literature throughout, and enriched with craftsman character & contemporary charm. Found in the peaceful Piety Hill neighborhood, so unfortunately we do NOT allow gatherings of more than 15 persons. This is a 2-family home, but ONLY YOU will have full access to the entire 1st floor and basement level of this property. The 2nd floor home will NOT be occupied during your stay; just maintenance and cleaning staff.

Walking distance from restaurants, independent shops, and local nightlife in the historic Willis-Canfield retail district. Our 3 bedroom listing has an additional guest fee after the first 2 guests on the reservation. This fee covers the additional housekeeping of bedrooms, linens, and towels needed for larger groups.

The house is very cozy and set up for a relaxing stay. The kitchen has most everything you need. Welcome to one of the quirkiest little spots in one of the quirkiest little cities in Michigan. This is a quiet little studio set right in the middle of Hamtramck. It is a 5 minute walk from excellent restaurants, bars, and shops. Tucked in a quiet rear lot off the street, it has easy access to all the arts and entertainment this international city has to offer. It's also just a short 15 minute ride to all downtown Detroit has to offer.

Right off the Wilkins exit of the Dequindre cut. Walkable to Eastern Market, Downtown, and the River! Easy to get to all stadiums and most major concert halls. Built by Cranbrook students for their thesis in micro-housing and revived by us in 2016! We have hosted over 500 guests ranging from a full boyscout troup to the broadway cast of The Book of Mormon to the parents of kids who play basketball at the highscool nearby.
