An amazing apartment just steps from the beautiful Polychrono Beach, offering a cool breeze throughout the summer. The unobstructed views from the large private balcony are stunning, while the sea view from all inside areas makes you feel like you are on a boat. Bars, restaurants and supermarkets are only a stroll away, making it attractive to both families and couples. The house offers two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a living room with a sofa bed for up to two people.

Amazing beach house

Our house is situated right three meters away from the beach of Halkidiki, famous for its crystal clear waters. It offers guests the opportunity to relax in peaceful surroundings whilst enjoying the wonderful turquoise waters of the area. The place is also recommended for sports activities such as hiking and trekking. It has a wonderful view to Mount Athos. Our house is suitable for families with children and all adult stays. Such a premium position makes for a truly fabulous holiday!

This one-bedroom family flat with an extra attic is just 50sqm but has cleverly designed spaces and amenities that include an updated bathroom with monsoon shower, a small but fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a wardrobe, an attic with 2 single beds, a living room and a balcony with a dining area where you can enjoy the sunset views. Exceptionally well located on a hill at the outskirts of N. Marmaras,just 400m from the beach & the village centre with plenty shops & restaurants.

Breathtaking view on the cliff edge

Fully renovated apartment which is located between Epanomi and Nea Iraklia. It is about 40km away from Thessaloniki and the airport. It is easily accessible by car. There's also public transport, though I wouldn't recommend it. The flat is on the 2nd floor with amazing view! You can watch the sun setting right behind the mountain of Olympus! There are beach bars about 2km away but if you don't like the crowded places, the little beach just below the apartment will satifsy your needs!

2. Room close to the sea and Spa Center

The apartment has the most breathtaking view in the village. The sea is about 80m away from the apartment and you have access to 4 different beaches. You can enjoy the crystal clear greek waters in 3 different beaches, one of whom is sandy and childfriendly. The 4th one is about 5 min walk from the apartment where you can enjoy your coffee in a beach- bar at day or enjoy your coctails at night. Also, there is a thermal spa center at 250m walking distance with reasonable prices.

Newly renovated appartment, bedroom + kitchen/livingroom with a sofabed. 2 balconies. 50m from the marina, 10m to the market, 50m away from fish restaurants, 50m away from a kiosk, 100m away from the playground for kids, 100m away from the center, 205m to the closest beach where you can swim, 650m to paradisos beach and 1,1km to neos Marmaras Beach. Parking outside is free and available and Marmaras free parking is just 50m away in the marina.

Sea La Vie, is a cute two-bedroom apartment, ideal for people who want to stroll to the beach in just one minute! It is situated in the quiet area of Pefkohori, where the beach is wider and less crowded. Everything you need is there, beach bars, pool, parking, restaurants, two of the biggest supermarkets...We are proud of our location and of our big balcony where you can enjoy morning coffee or breezy summer nights :)
