We are within walking distance to the Skerwink Trail, Port Rexton Brewery, Two Whales Cafe and Fisher's Loft. Our location is perfect for exploring and discovering all the Bonavista Peninsula has to offer including hiking trails, boat tours, puffin viewing and amazing breathtaking scenery.

Welcome to the Eastport Peninsula, your journey starts with a drive along the Trans Canada Highway and turn off onto highway 310, Road to The Beaches located on the western side of Terra Nova National Park. After travelling along 310 a short distance over the longest causeway in NFLD. Then the most exciting part the arrival at River Valley, one highlight is the sounds you hear in the garden, the ocean rolling on North Side Beach, the birds singing their songs and a summer breeze in the trees.

We have the most stunning views of Eastport & Northside beach. A 3-5 min walk to Eastport Beach and High Tide Trail. A short drive to the historic town of Salvage (7kms) and 5 minute drive to Sandy Cove. Our place is brand new, the inside is carefully handcrafted for a unique finish. Chalet in beautiful central Newfoundland. On the shore of Gambo Pond. Home to some of the best Salmon Fishing and Trout Fishing on the island as well as endless miles of logging and resource roads for recreation vehicles. Snowshoes available at the cabin. A large wood stove in the main living area with plenty of dry firewood will provide a warm cozy atmosphere to sit back and enjoy the view of the pond.
