We’ve tried to include everything you’ll need for an great stay, including a well-supplied kitchen, an office space, a small library, enough comfortable beds (and pullouts) for everyone, a heated pool, a grill, and sufficient patio furniture. Minutes from the airport, this charming cottage sits on a large, private lot with a beautiful, tiled saltwater pool, large royal palms, detached bunkhouse with 3 beds (3rd bedroom), a covered outdoor dining area and outdoor shower. Walk down a quiet, shady street for world class fishing and kayaking on the Peace River. Punta Gorda is a picturesque, historic town with an abundance of shopping and dining.

Enjoy your own 2 room suite in this lovely secluded neighborhood. The bamboo floors and light colored wood make your space bright and cheerful. The back yard features a 2 story tiki hut, hammock, fire pit, and dock for your relaxation. Arrive by land or by sea. The sailboat access canal is only 300 yards from the Peace River and the dock is powered 110V. The home is at the end of a cul-de-sac with a large open area in front of the house.

Quaint Cottage w/access to Peace River canoe/kayak

This 2.2 cottage located on 10+ acres features waterfront view and ample parking. Tranquility and paradise intersect here. There are multiple buildings on site, so you may see other guests. There are kayaks and canoes on property. First come first serve. There is a boat ramp on property you are welcome to use for boats or kayaks. No smoking and No animals. We are a farm, so we cannot allow outside animals to the property.
