Rowesville is 11 minutes from the beautiful Edisto Memorial Gardens in Orangeburg. Orangeburg has many restaurants, Wal-Mart, and a Starbucks near I-26. Columbia is about an hour away. Charleston is about 75 minutes away. Enjoy a break from Wi-Fi as you watch a DVD and relax in a 130 year old rustic cabin.

Experience Berkeley County with a convenient app as a guide to discover local history and plan your outdoor activities. 20 minutes from Summerville and 45 minutes from historic downtown Charleston and the Dock Street Theater ( the first theater in the US).

Bring your family or group to this 3 bedroom 1+ bath place in the large trees with lots of room for relaxing and fun (….if you are a jeans and sweatshirt kind of person. It is not the Hilton!) TVs in each room, and 2 covered decks. Fish, or just sit out on the dock, watch the boats run by, and appreciate the lake. We rarely use the dock ourselves. 600’ from our public boat ramp with a park and small beach. Please also note that we do have cameras installed that monitor outside only.

We are located 15 minutes from the hearts of Cane Bay, Nexton and Exit 194 on I-26, and 45 minutes from Downtown Charleston. We are less than 1 mile off of I-95 in the Low Country of South Carolina. Our 62 acre farm is nestled in the “middle of nowhere, but close to every where”. We are located close Beaufort, Charleston and Savannah! Our Tiny House, which used to be our feed shed, offers beautiful scenery from the Red barn, Moss draped Live Oak trees, Pecan Grove, horses, goats, free range donkeys and more. We have a brand new Bathhouse with a full bath. Washer & Dryer too!
