The East Cabin is quietly tucked between the beautiful Green Mountains of VT and the gorgeous Adirondacks of NY. Soak up the morning sun on your private stone patio while mother nature comes to life on the pond and fields. Take a day trip to beautiful Lake George or Historic Saratoga Springs. Grill steaks on BBQ and eat S’mores by the campfire at night. For the winter season, there are many major ski resorts close by. We also have the West Cabin available for your extended family and friends.

This cozy, charming hideaway offers a peaceful & romantic escape, perfect for couples or solo travelers looking to connect with nature. Surrounded by towering trees, the treehouse provides a unique experience year round—from relaxing in the hot-tub on a snowy night, to stargazing by the campfire. The historic “Smithy" at Consider Bardwell Farm is the original building used for blacksmithing by Consider Bardwell, himself, in the 1800s. Complete with brand-new, architect-designed kitchen and bathroom, wood-burning fireplace, and stone patio for outdoor grilling and dining, the Smithy is beautiful inside and out. Enjoy meeting our goats and all the local goodies and products that we can stock in your cottage.
