Stay right on wonderful Pett Level Beach in one of the original Coastguard's cottages, with direct access from the garden straight onto the sand. Recently modernised, the cottage has a super stylish open plan ground floor with kitchen, dining and living areas and wood burning stove. Upstairs there are two bedrooms: one has a double bed and sea view, the other can be made up either as a kingsize or as two single beds. Flexible space perfect for families or friends. A beautiful, quirky little Grade II Listed medieval house in Old Town Hastings on a picturesque road, a couple of minutes walk from the seafront and just next to Foyle's War location.. Home of Mark Eason and filled with examples of his art (including oil paintings of fish caught by local fishermen, which he paints in the summerhouse at the end of the garden). Two double bedrooms with double beds; there is wifi but no telly, just a cosy place to stay. The address is 11 Croft Road (not 9 - 11).

Pebbles is a place to relax and unwind, situated in a private annexe at our home in Pett Level. You’ll be only five minutes walk from an amazing beach. Surrounded by beautiful countryside and cliff top walks, 2 local pubs in the village of Pett, 5 minutes car ride or a lovely 1/2 hour walk away over the hills. Pebbles has a lounge overlooking the garden, double bedroom, wet room and a fully fitted kitchen. The garden is secluded and peaceful . The beautiful town of Rye is 5 miles away.

Woodview is ideal for a romantic get away by the sea or a bird-watching holiday on the wonderful Rye Harbour Nature Reserve. This cosy cottage has free parking on site and lots of secluded outdoor space with a range of seating and dining areas. Recently refurbished throughout, it has a well-equipped new kitchen and shower room. Winchelsea Beach Village has good amenities and is close to a wide range of local historic and countryside attractions that can be enjoyed all year round.

Hastings Old Town cottage with sea views

23 Tackleway is a traditional fisherman's cottage in the heart of Hastings Old Town. The three bedroom cottage has the most amazing sea or townscape views from every room and is within minutes walking distance of the sea and all the restaurants, museums, pubs and independent shops the Old Town has to offer. The fishing fleet is launched from the beach at the end of the road and Tackleway has direct access to Hastings Country Park which has many walks and great views.

The beach is at our footsteps: Take the stairs down from Mount Pleasant and dip your toes into the sea!

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
