The Cabin is hidden away, no passing traffic just the odd swooping bird or passing donkey, looking out onto paddocks and vineyards, for the ultimate stress free getaway, only the birds and trees for company. The cabin is fully functioning, has a fabulous log burning stove, set up for short or long stay, with a bespoke whisky shower tub, king size bed, wifi should you want it, fridge freezer, microwave and toaster, and towels. The flat is incredibly spacious, has wonderful views and an extraordinary terrace, making it one of the most unique flats in the area. PLEASE NOTE: For those who have been following news of our building restoration, we are very happy to report that the scaffolding is now down and our beautiful views fully restored. Situated in the heart of the old town this beautiful 3-storey grade 2 listed townhouse is a perfect place to relax with sea views over the East hill and the Fishermans' huts. On the doorstep, are the shops and all amenities Hastings Old Town has to offer, be it restaurants to suit all budgets, numerous pubs, antiques and junk shops as well as all the traditional attractions you would expect from this eclectic seaside town.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
