Julia's Cottage is a charming, welcoming little home, where you will be inclined to kick back and just soak in the beauty surrounding you. RV #1 - Bring an overnight bag and enjoy the lake.

Camp at Lake Hawkins in one of our fully set up RV's. You have 3 different RV's to choose from and only a short walk to the lake. Each of the 3 RV's sits on a half acre so there is plenty of room to bring a tent for larger groups or rent all 3 RV's. When you reach the lake enjoy the common beach, BBQ and bar. If you have a boat to launch we have a private concrete boat ramp, a large open field for secure parking while you enjoy the lake. We have bicycles, canoe and Kayaks for rent cheap.

One bedroom with king bed, 1 full bath & 1 half bath, Wi-Fi, Roku TV, fully stocked kitchen & more! Pets welcome with a $50 fee. We'd love to host your stay!:)

My place is 6 miles east of Mineola, TX. Close to antique shopping, Mineola nature preserve, public lakes, 30 minutes to Canton First Monday trades days, and many other spotlights in East Texas. You’ll love my place because of the cozy, farmhouse atmosphere and country living. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Not suitable for kids or children, and I do not allow pets or animals of any kind on the property.

Come and enjoy a slice of heaven. Mother Nature has provided a beautiful scenery full of nature sounds and calls of the wild. You can sit on the screen porch overlooking the lake and feel peace. You can sit by a fire outdoors and feel free and private and safe and hear the crickets and bullfrog. There's nothing but love, peace and joy here. There's room for social distancing and I covid clean and I am vaccinated.
