The Stables is a quaint country rural cottage set amongst rolling green hills, this fully self contained rustic cottage is beautifully appointed and sleeps up to 4 adults or 2 couples in 2 bedrooms. The cottage sits in the gardens of the owners farmhouse yet you are in complete privacy of all, on this working beef farm. Its location is central to many wedding venues & vineyards and only 45 minutes from Auckland's CBD, making this a perfect location for wedding accomodation or a country escape.

The cottage suits a couple and in the lounge is a sofa bed for a third guest. If there is only two of you and you require the sofa bedding please let us know at booking. Located in the heart of West Auckland's vineyards and wedding venues, 36 kms from the Auckland CBD. Close by is Muriwai Beach with its gannet colony and surfing, also the magnificent Kaipara Harbour, Woodhill and Riverhead forests. Ideally situated for those travelling via the scenic Kaipara Coast and 40-60 min to AKL airport.

Ian and I welcome you to a taste of country life and country noise, an hours drive from Auckland City. The Shed offers peaceful rural and water views plus the occasional visit from wild deer and peacock. Nesting swallows on the porch in case you have a fear of birds! It is a restful stop on your travels, or an escape from the hustle bustle of life. Stand alone with a garage between it and the main house. Happy to put together a yummy platter and wine, message separately for prices ☺️

An easy stop to or from the airport. Ideal for those looking for a quiet get-away, also with everything required for a longer stay; or to use as a base to explore the surrounding area. Hosted by retired Kiwi couple happy to show what NZ has to offer - looking to meet friendly, trust-worthy visitors. The guest-house faces the back of the main house, separated by the pool and spa area. Lounge area, kitchenette, bedroom, ensuite, covered balcony, use of plunge pool, spa and flower gardens. Laundry amenities at main house and secure on-site car parking. Close to village, semi-rural with sheep on the boundary fence. Must be dog-friendly (2x friendly, pet dogs on-site).

Don't be fooled by the name, the NZ Summer house is idyllic all year round. Set on an equestrian lifestyle property down a quiet country lane. Open your bedroom doors to the relaxing pool area or private outdoor courtyard off the bedroom and enjoy a cup of coffee with the sounds of nature. 30 minutes from the CBD and close to award-winning restaurants, vineyards and the west coast beaches. Bring your walking shoes or bikes, we are within walking distance to the Riverhead forest.

Guesthouse in Huapai

Our spacious one bedroom guesthouse is attached to our house but completely separate with its own entrance and off-street parking. Guesthouse comes with its own full kitchen, modern bathroom, living area and a study. We also provide linen, towels, tea and coffee. We are close to vineyards, shops, west coast beaches, restaurants, mountain biking, tree adventures and lots of other retail services. Our place is suitable for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers.

Dormer Tiny House

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. You will have private access to the entire 2-bedroom self contained tiny house, with large adjoining deck and plenty of space for the kids to run around. The new pool area is shared between the Tiny House and our own home. There is a large pool, heated to 26 degrees, as well as a spa (“hot tub”) which is kept 38-40 degrees. This area is open 8am-8pm.

Your Private Lakeside Escape

An idyllic country retreat on the edge of a secluded lake just 35 minutes from Auckland. With 3 bedrooms, generous living flowing onto amazing decks, and a gorgeous tree-lined setting it’s the place to recharge batteries for up to 8 special friends. Kids will love meeting horses or kayaking 🚣🏻‍♂️ (1 double & 1 single) and fishing 🎣 on the lake. Your furry friends 🐕 are also welcomed here!
