This is our private residence. We renovated the lower level into an apartment style suite to accommodate guest. Quiet and peaceful you are nestled into a country atmosphere but have all of the convenience of restaurants, shopping, parks and outings at your fingertips. Twenty minutes from the Airport and Downtown Atlanta. You will have access to a totally private space and private pool. The pool is seasonal and is open when the weather permits. Absolutely no events or large parties allowed.

Please be advised: The unit is located in a studio apartment in the rear of the family home. The walk around the house is slightly slanted and if you have small children or mobility issues it probably would not be for you. In addition it is a basement unit so there may encounter noise from second floor guests. Blessings.
