1950's renovated house with lots of original character next to Hawks Nest State Park and close to 2 more State Parks, in a quiet neighborhood and within a few minutes to all the New River Gorge National Park has to offer. 15 minutes from historic Fayetteville and the New River Gorge Bridge, central to whitewater rafting and rock climbing companies. Over the last 2 years, we completely rebuilt this Little Guest House from the ground up while exploring and putting together the local's ultimate guidebook of the area. This house is conveniently located off of Route 19. You will be located one mile from the New River Gorge Bridge. You will be within a 15 minute walk to all Fayetteville has to offer. It is a short drive or bike ride to hiking trails, mountain biking trails, rock climbing or white water rafting. The house sits on a 1/2 acre lot, that is enclosed with a chainlink fence, for those of you who are bringing a pet.

Everwild’s Pond House is a charming 3 bedroom cottage extremely close to the New River Gorge, and less than a mile from the National Park. This is a delightful cottage that is tucked away with its own pond, but is very close to everything the area has to offer. It is spacious and cozy, and the perfect place for travelers to explore, rest, and relax. Three bedroom two baths. One king with bath, two queen beds.
