Libbaton golf course and some great pubs nearby or just chill out in the 5 seater hot tub and enjoy a BBQ (bring your own charcoal) sat in the enclosed garden

Comfortable lounge with TV, DVD and basicWiFi opening on to kitchen/diner which is well equipped for a self catering break including an oven with hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and table with seating. There is an additional cloakroom downstairs.Off road parking to side of property and seating area to the front looking over the tranquil valley.

Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

There are miles of Tarka Trail to walk and cycle along.

The Secret hut is situated in its own fully enclosed large garden. It’s totally private and enjoys amazing views as far as Exmoor. The hut has a gas bbq, fire pit, outside dining area, hot tub and inside under floor heating, log stove, fully equipped kitchen and luxury shower room. Our guest house is situated atop a hill with panoramic views of the surrounding scenery and historic Tarka Trail. Fully self-contained building, patio and parking area. Only a short drive to some stunning beaches and marvelous countryside.
