Enjoy a visit to our summer home in Oak Park. It's a 1 mile drive through our historic neighborhood to downtown Ferndale. A 2 bed 1 bath built in 1930 was fully remodeled in 2020, including the addition of AC. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do when we come home to work remotely near family twice yearly. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen; we love to cook! But make sure to take advantage of all the bars and restaurants in Ferndale. If traveling with the pup, there's a large fenced-in yard.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. You'll have a private space in a detached historic carriage house, sharing a yard with the host. We have a large yard with a patio near the carriage house, covered porch, grill, bbq pit, bocce court, and outdoor living room (summer). We have a dog that has yard access. Private, secured parking is available for 1 car. Families are welcome, as are pets. We recommend families 3+ contact us before booking to ensure the space will work for you.

This cozy home with a keypad gated driveway is only 10 Minutes from Downtown Detroit! It is ideal for MATURE couples or adults that need a place to get away and catch some staycation vibes! You will be within about 2 miles from the best that Detroit has to offer. We can accommodate up to 2 guests comfortably, making it the perfect rental for a quick getaway to the city! There is direct access to the back deck and fire pit in the (shared) fenced back yard for enjoying a relaxing evening.

View the newly restored MI Central Train Station which has a gorgeous green space "Roosevelt Park" which includes a 13 acre frontage with paths for walking, biking, and even lounge spaces to sit back and enjoy.

The Painted House by Eastern Market ~Boutique B&B~

Right off the Wilkins exit of the Dequindre cut. Walkable to Eastern Market, Downtown, and the River! Easy to get to all stadiums and most major concert halls. Built by Cranbrook students for their thesis in micro-housing and revived by us in 2016! We have hosted over 500 guests ranging from a full boyscout troup to the broadway cast of The Book of Mormon to the parents of kids who play basketball at the highscool nearby.
