This Guest Suite is a large Studio Apt(360 sq ft) attached to our home. It has a private entrance, a large bath, large bedroom with pool view and private deck. Also includes a kitchenette with full size fridge, toaster, coffee maker and microwave. No Stove. Complimentary breakfast snacks including Coffee, tea and biscuits. Relax on the deck and watch the birds on the bird feeder or grab our bikes, beach chairs and head to the beach, 1mile. Grill available. Please read house rules before booking.

At 264 sqft, It has a full Bath, Kitchen, and studio space with a Queen memory foam mattress, and work space / breakfast table. Enjoy the Pool and its tropical surroundings or just relax in a lounge chair. We are walking distance to Lee’s Pizza, Armature Works, River Walk, and much more... Included is a smart TV, WIFI, and Two Bicycles to go explore.

If you book during this window, you may be on a time-lapse video of the yard as you are coming and going. You can interact with this as much or as little as you want! The yard will also be especially busy, with film crews and major renovations happening. The room is still quaint and cozy, just what you need for a quiet stopover. We are so happy to share our home and world with you!

This spacious apartment is ideal for those who looking for extended stay accommodations.

Enjoy a huge room with private bath in our home within walking distance of the amenities that downtown St. Pete has to offer: waterfront parks, restaurants, museums, entertainment and shopping. Check out St. Pete's new pier! "Homemade everything" healthy breakfast provided! We have a beautiful room with a King Size bed! Combine for larger parties. Both rooms are in our home, one upstairs, one down, and have dedicated non-shared bathrooms.
