Only 5 minutes from shopping, parks, trails, restaurants, library and 15 minutes from downtown. Enjoy park-like setting, use of pool during Summer (shared), and large yard. 2nd bedroom available for add'l $. We will rotate pool use if other guests are here. No pool parties. The private patio is a nice spot to relax in the morning with coffee or to wind down at sunset.
