The room is located in a remodeled attic of the house. The guest must enter through the main entrance of the house and walk upstairs to the attic. It is a studio-type space. Guests have their own sleeping area, living room, and bathroom. Suitable for 3 guests only-NO MORE THAN 3 GUESTS Check-in is after 5 pm. CONTACT THE HOST IF YOU WOULD LIKE LUGGAGE TO BE DROPPED OFF BEFORE CHECK-IN TIME. The host does not arrive until after 5 pm.

It is one bedroom available in a two-bedroom house. The house is quiet and centrally located, steps from the Manhattan skyline and 20 minutes to/from the city. The room is spacious (13.5x12F) and sunny and bright for one or two people. I live/work at home, and we will share the bathroom, kitchen, and living room. The bus stop to New York is on the corner (NJ Transit routes 128, 165, 166, and 168), and it runs 24/7 to/from Manhattan.
