Minutes from Unclaimed Baggage Center, the only place in the US where unclaimed baggage and cargo arrives and amazing items in new conditions are sold for a fraction of its regular price, a must see! Scottsboro is less than 10 minutes away. Shop at Publix, enjoy KC's BBQ on the water, thrift stores, and unclaimed baggage!

Four C's by the Lake is a beautiful lakefront home located in Scottsboro, AL. Situated on Lake Guntersville which is home to the best bass fishing in the world. This spacious home is perfect for fisherman and vacationers alike. The house has all the amenities to stay in and cook for 15 people, or use the traeger grill for outside entertaining. Fishing or swimming from the dock, is just a short walk out the back door. Also you can dock your boat in the covered boat house.

The location is right around the corner from City Park for loading and unloading and Goosepond Colony. Close to the beautiful Tennessee river ,some of the boat ramp are 3-4 miles away, Walmart restaurants and high school walking trails less than a mile, highway 72 is about 1/4 mile and hwy 35 is about 1 -1/2 miles from the house. Free EV charger in premises, plenty parking even if you have a fishing boat . ! Absolutely no smoking in the house if you have to smoke you can do it outside.!
