With amazing views and the Taste Tasman cycle trail at the end of the road this is the perfect retreat to get away from it all. We're lucky to be surrounded by farmland, countryside, mountains, sea, National Parks, fresh air and birdsong. Just a short 10 minute drive from the popular village of Mapua and 10 minutes from Motueka this artistic, modern, roomy and stylish studio is a perfect getaway. The Studio is located at the rear of our home property, down a private drive, with ample parking.

New self-contained studio on owners' property. Great size for 1-2 adults. Situated on a main road so unfortunately not suitable for children. Public transport is infrequent, so a car is advisable. Super fast broadband, TV with Netflix etc. Views of Richmond hills. Bed linen and towels provided. No surcharge for cleaning. Well equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine. Small private patio. Great location in Hope, 3 minutes from Richmond by car, 25 minutes to Motueka, 20-25 minutes to Nelson

The Cottage is located on a small farm near Nelson. If you are looking for clean, comfortable accommodation, quiet but still near civilization, this is just for you. It is the perfect place to relax and unwind. In tranquil rural surroundings, enjoy a glass of local wine on the deck and uninterrupted views of the night sky. The Cottage is well equipped and has everything you will need for a relaxing stay. An extra fee is charged to access the second bedroom if travelers are not a couple.

Nestled in a tranquil garden this self-contained architecturally designed studio, is surrounded by glass, with multiple outdoor living spaces. With a private outdoor bath and open fire, this is the perfect romantic getaway. Situated by the ‘Great Taste Bike Trail’, we provide two bikes & helmets included in your rate, as well as some local treats on arrival. A vineyard at front and market garden at back, you are in the country, yet only five mins by car to Richmond, 20 mins to Nelson City.

Compact stand alone semi rural country cottage amongst the fruit trees, Wi fi available ,situated 1km from Brightwater & only 15 minutes to Richmond. Close proximity to cycle trails. Suitable for 2 guests with queen size bed, separate kitchen set up for light cooking and bathroom facilities. Own washing machine . Self check in with lockbox. Owners live on property There is a wooden deck with outdoor furniture & bbque. $15 fee will be incurred should an EV be charged at our cottage .

One bedroom 60s apartment

A cozy one bedroom apartment attached to the rear of our house with its own entrance and driveway situated in Hope Richmond we are a few minutes away from Richmond town Centre and about 20 minutes from Nelson city right next to the cycleway the apartment is a one bedroom with queen bed lounge with TV table and chairs and your own shower and toilet there is no cooking facilities but we do provide fridge freezer microwave toaster and tea coffee and sugar is supplied

The sunroom/second bedroom is an extension of the living area. It converts to the second bedroom with 2 divans that can be made up as either a king size bed or 2 single beds. Children 12+

Located just minutes away from Richmond village with lots of cafes, restaurants and local wineries. The house is nestled in the Richmond foothills close to mountain biking and walking tracks and has views out to the stunning Tasman region.
