There is 1 double bedroom with en-suite, large lounge with Sky tv, sunroom/2nd bedroom with double sofa bed and a dining table and there is a separate toilet. The cottage has a spacious outdoor area with a BBQ and fire pit. It's a 15 to 20 minute walk into town, shops, restaurants, pubs etc. Beach access very close.

The house is close by the sea a 10 minutes walk east on the bridalpath. A 20 mins walk in to the town to explore cafes/bars & local independent shops, Mere, Museum, Honeysuckle Farm all well worth a visit. With other near by places to visit in land and on the East coast. The bed, breakfast bar and comfy sofas all overlook the private garden which has bifolding doors onto the deck.
