Feel refreshed when you stay in this rustic gem. You will have 100 acres of private land, family owned since 1818. Creek access for fishing, canoeing, etc. Come and unplug in peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle. Access to the Cheasapeake Bay or the Atlantic is a short drive away. Enjoy the daily sites of deer, turkey, waterfowl, eagles and osprey among dozens of other wildlife. Cabin is 1 mile off the road down a private dirt road. This is a rare experience to sample off grid living.

Our guests can't say enough & pictures just don't do it justice! From the luxury linens & complimentary amenities, we have tried to think of everything! Enjoy a quiet get-a-way just for two or relax with the whole family at this beautiful, newly constructed home located 1/4 mile off Route 13 & less than an hour from area beaches. There are two units with separate outside entrances, but they can be rented together if you need more space. This listing is for the upstairs open studio apartment.

We're inside a lovely gated campground community with full amenities @ the Club House: Wi-Fi, pool, fishing n crabbing, boat ramp, laundry, and bath houses. The Bug-a-Boo is a lovely single dwelling home. It is ADA handicap accessible. There's an outdoor fire pit and space for camping. We are 20 miles from Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge with miles of protected beaches. This is a peaceful place for soul searching & social distancing. We are also 42 mi from Assateague Is. Nat. Seashore.

Beebe Lynn is a vintage 32 ft Carver, nestled at Baywater Landing Marina in the stunning salt-water marshes of the Chincoteague Bay. From here, you are 35 minutes from Ocean City, MD, and 45 minutes from Chincoteague Island, VA. Beebe Lynn remains docked, but guests have access to kayaks and paddle boards at no additional charge. Baywater Landing is secluded- some even say "boring"- but we think that's the whole point!
