Nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains near Nantahala National Forest and the Smoky Mountains, enjoy scenic drives (25–90 min), then unwind fireside or soak under the stars. Cabins nearby. A perfect basecamp for year-round mountain adventure, rafting, fishing, skiing and exploring charming towns.

The Toccoa Overlook

Beginning with exquisite long-range views of the Cohutta Mountains and the Toccoa River, combined with tasteful modern rustic design, the Toccoa Overlook is a perfect couple's retreat, or a gathering of up to eight guests, when the optional guest house is included. The main house has two bedrooms and two baths. The guest house has two queen size bunks with one bathroom and is available as an optional space and PRICED SEPARATELY ($100 per night & $25 cleaning), and not rented to other guests.

Close by to Wineries, famous Amicalola Falls, the AT, Benton Mackaye trail. New-custom built w/ reclaimed barn wood brings the old into new again. This cute custom built cabin features a king bed, tile bath with large shower, full kitchen, wood burning fireplace, screen-in porch where you can hear Oliver creek. Hiking, hot tubing, relaxing-this is the place!

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis minutes away from Downtown Athens and Tennessee Wesleyan University. Attractions in Knoxville, Chattanooga and the Hiwassee and Ocoee Rivers are less than an hour away. Only a little further to Dollywood and Gatlinburg for any tourist activity you can imagine. The cottage offers a kitchen, queen size bed, TV, DVD player, and washer/ dryer. *Currently working on getting wifi in the cabin and there are not any actual peacocks on the farm.
