Perched atop a steep hill, you’ll catch every magical sunrise and enjoy the changing light in the evening as the shadows fall over the land. Our tiny home offers a slower pace of life, is solar powered and has everything you need for an unforgettable stay – including a outdoor bath so you can bathe under the stars!

The Hut at Elm Tree Farm, Mansfield

The Hut at Elm Tree Farm is a place to switch off and reconnect with nature. It sits on 160 rolling acres and is surrounded by a 5000 acre working farm. It is an off grid restored shearer's hut with a separate bathroom/toilet and outdoor kitchen. USB charging is available. The hut operates on 12 volt power and gas is provided for water heating and cooking. There is a indoor fireplace for warmth and an outdoor firepit for fun. It is for guests who enjoy outdoor adventures! Note unfenced dams.

We lovingly restored it in 2020 and are delighted to open its doors to nature lovers and the style savvy seeking a peaceful respite. With sweeping views across the traditional lands of the Taungurung people, your only task is to relax and enjoy the view, sip a wine by the fire, take a bath or read a book. We’ve added all the creature comforts we love so that your stay is care-free.

Anstee Cottage - Luxury in the heart of town

Located a short stroll from the Main Street of Mansfield, Historic Anstee Cottage was one of the first homes built in Mansfield circa 1885. It has been fully renovated and beautifully restored into a 2 bedroom luxury Victorian period cottage with your own entrance, veranda & front garden. Set in a english cottage garden with roses outside your bedroom windows for you to enjoy. A house has been built at the back of the cottage which is connected by a locked door where I live.
