Ich wünsche mir, dass sich alle Gäste wie zu Hause fühlen. Pinedo ist ein Vorort von Valencia und ruhig gelegen - im Zentrum gibt es allerdings alles, was man zum Leben braucht. Bäckerei, Apotheke, Lebensmittel . Ich bin private Gastgeberin und vermiete nicht zu touristischen Zwecken, im Sinne von gewerblichen, touristischen Angeboten.

La casita (construida entre 1910- 1920) es una de las pocas construcciones de estilo mediterráneo tradicional de la zona que se ha conservado y no se ha derruido con el fin de construir bloques de apartamentos. El espíritu de la casa es humilde y sencillo aunque, desde el primer momento en que cruzas la verja de entrada, te invade su esencia acogedora y única. The house of AGUA is an accommodation, in the heart of La Villa (Casco Histórico de Requena), surprises with a remodeled interior of warm and modern design. A place of disconnection and enjoyment. Oriented to the south, all exterior, so it has plenty of natural light.   Its cellar, keeps a choice of wines from the region, which can be tasted "in situ".
