The Stray Chalet boasts a relaxing, clean and open space with no steps. It is a peaceful home in a quiet neighborhood . Relax in comfort with everything you need in a home away from home. We try our best to be allergen free! The home is located 1 block from the quaint downtown and just steps away from Wabash Park and the Wabash Cannonball trailhead. West Unity is right along the Ohio Turnpike between exit 13 and 25. There are many adventures awaiting locally and even more within an hour's drive.

Helen's Lakeview Cottage

The property backs up to Harrison Lake State Park, steps from the lake. Easy access to trails, fishing, & many other activities the park has to offer. Spend a day at Sauder Village or visit the quaint shops & restaurants in the area. Newly re-done, Helen's features an open floor plan. Sleeps 2 with a queen bed, full bath, kitchen, dining & living room. Outside you'll find chairs & a fire pit to relax & enjoy the views. No wi-fi or TV, but plenty of games & outdoor activities to keep you busy!

Once in the Commander's Suite, you will find yourself in an exquisite bedroom suite that mirrors a Chip and Joanna restoration. From there is the 40's 50's inspired kitchen with authentic seating & appliances. Make your way into the breathtaking bath featuring a claw foot tub, bicycle vanity & the incredible starlight shower

Downtown Tecumseh Loft; French Cozy Escape!

Located right in the heart of Downtown Tecumseh with a street view, our French studio apartment is charming, comfortable and private! Queen size bed with crisp linens, a kitchen with basic necessities for cooking/eating, full bath. Hardwood floors, guest controls heat/air condition. This space is located on the 2nd floor of a historic bldg so it may not be compatible for mobility challenged folks as it has a large carpeted stairway. It is meticulously cleaned after each guest. Pets welcome!

Views of lake from the carriage house & views of the garden and woods in the back. Game room below the carriage house for rainy day activities including ping pong, board games and TV. Outdoor games available.

Frogmore is just two miles from downtown Hillsdale and three miles from Hillsdale College. Relax on the deck that overlooks the lake and enjoy the kayaks to explore the shoreline of the largest lake in Hillsdale County!

We renovated the house with a modern kitchen, laundry room, new bathroom with spacious shower, new bedrooms with plenty of closet space, secure parking and new sidewalks. Close to historic weekly country market, Hillsdale College, bike trail, lakes in historic town. The North Country Trail and the Baw Beese Trail are closeby, as is Baw Beese Lake, Lost Nation State Game Area and the St. Joe River.

The Garden House

Relax with the whole family in this charming old home, with swings on the front porch and an overgrown English cottage garden in back. Less than ten minutes from Hillsdale College with a fully equipped kitchen, this makes a great home base for college families. When we travel, we enjoy places with character, and we have maintained the character of this old fashioned family home.
