The RR winds through tunnels and trestles along the south border of the park and was originally the only way to visit Glacier. Light sleeper could have problem with the train noise. There are endless adventure opportunities. Only a beautiful 10 minute drive from Glacier Natl Park. In a 2 mile radius are antique shops, 3 cafés, a distillery, grocer & fuel. Lots of winter activities as well. Plenty of snow shoeing, cross country skiing, and Big Mountain skiing. Whitefish is a short 17 mile drive.

This cozy home is our “Smokey the Bear” cabin. There is a driveway that can fit 2 cars next to the home. “Smokey” is just a 7-minute drive to the main entrance to Glacier Park. The home sleeps 6 adults and 2 kids comfortably. (8 allowed if at least 2 of the guests are young kids.) The home has a covered deck, full-home AC and heating, gas fireplace, back yard with fire pit, desk/work area, and pull-out sofa if needed. We will give an additional discount for booking for 2 months or more.

This beautiful, cozy cottage is nestled only 15 minutes from the entrance of Glacier National Park. It is centrally located in the Flathead Valley only 10 minutes from Columbia Falls, 25 minutes from Whitefish and 30 minutes from both Bigfork and Kalispell. This home is spacious at 2000 square feet with a deck off the front of the house. It comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests with 1 king, 2 queen and 2 twin beds with 2 full bathrooms (one master bath). There is free parking and fast wifi.
