Everything you need in this newly remodeled one bedroom/one bath home, located in the quiet downtown of Iona. It's a private oasis for both business & travel. Our home is across the street from the city park that features; a walking path, tennis/pickle ball/basketball courts, & children's playground. Its 6 miles north-east of Idaho Falls, and close to Highways 20, 26 and I-15. This unique space features a self-check-in key pad, high speed internet and a fully stocked kitchen and laundry on site.

Idaho Falls is the gateway to so many beautiful places to visit. Your home away from home is located five minutes from the airport and less than two minutes from I-15, US HWY 20 & 26. A short five minute walk will also provide you a beautiful walking experience around the Snake River on the Idaho Falls Greenbelt. If you are here for one night or several, you will love the spacious 2 bedrooms, full bath, living room, dining room, and full kitchen. We love Idaho Falls and are excited to host you.

Peaceful Birch Cottage sits within the private fenced and gated yard of a downtown, historic home within walking distance to a large park, restaurants, bars, museums, farmers market and the Greenbelt. It has a luxurious deep-soaking tub, spacious standing shower, queen-sized bed, a twin hide-a-bed, pack -n- play, AC, mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave water kettle, a large patio with a fire pit. This studio cottage is perfect for a business trip stay for 1 or a small family trip to the area.

This newly constructed tiny house is perfect for up to 5 guests. Not available? Want more privacy? Check out The Shelley Tiny House just a few miles south of Idaho Falls. It is the same floorplan on 1 acre of land with a view of the valley. We generally don't rent to locals from Idaho Falls. If you are a local feel free to message us.

This is a private apartment in a side by side duplex. We're set up for 2 adults at a time only. This property isn't suitable for people traveling with children. No animals! We invite you to step back in time and enjoy our primitive antiques. There are hardwood floors, tile and linoleum throughout. One bedroom with a queen size bed. One full sized bath. Netflix, WIFI. Centrally located. On street or driveway parking. The backyard is a shared space with guests staying on the other side.

Rustic Retreat, 10 min. to airport+farm fresh eggs

Enjoy the peace of country farmland in this tastefully decorated 2BR 1950’s home, with downtown Idaho Falls and the airport only ten minutes away. While sharing just one wall with our adjoining home, you will have a completely separate space, with convenient lockbox access. Cook up a few fresh eggs in the spacious kitchen, and you might notice some of our hens wandering the backyard. Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons are less than two hours away!

Westside guest house. Light-bright- not a basement

Enjoy this newly built & fully equipped 1 bedroom guesthouse. The bedroom has a King size that guest say is "very comfortable" & the living room has a couch that we don’t mind a person sleeping on. This is a well lit & sunny ground floor unit (not a basement) with driveway parking just steps away. The side entrance is private with its own small patio & fenced sideyard. The entire place is handicap accessible. We allow 1 dog but … see below.

Enjoy the quaint, quiet and walkable neighborhood of the numbered streets of Idaho Falls while staying at our well appointed loft. The main tudor cottage style home was built in 1925 on a large corner lot and the property features mature, established gardens. While many guests come to us by-way of a jumping off point to places like nearby Yellowstone and Teton National Park, we want your stay with us to feel like a destination unto itself!
