Despina's House

A cozy 50 sqm house was initially built for my family‘s summer vacations. It is located in the center of the village and just 10 meters from the beach. Mochlos is a small fishing village, famous for the hospitality of the local people. It has small but picturesque beaches. In the village there is a Mini Market for your basic needs, in just 30 minutes drive you can visit bigger towns of Lassithi prefecture. Among other activities scuba diving and water sports are offered for your entertainment.

It is close to Koutsouras, Makrygialos where there are Super Markets and restaurants, coffee shops etc. Near to home there are the organized beaches of Achlia, Galini, Agia Fotia. Nearby villages for exploring the mountains Oreino, the Shinokapsala, and the famous Dasaki of Koytsoyra with a local taverna.

It is located within a garden full of lemon trees and olive groves overlooking the big blue.

This 54 m² ground floor maisonette in central Ierapetra is ideal for exploring the southernmost town of Europe. It’s a five-minute walk to beaches, supermarkets, banks, and the archaeological museum. The intercity bus station is 15–20 min on foot. Two free parking areas are under 200 m from the maisonette, with another on the seaside road behind the Municipal Library.
