Soiniityn kartanon tarina alkaa 1600-luvulta. Sen nykyinen päärakennus on rakennettu 1800-luvun lopulta. Soiniitty on maatila, joka on kuulunut Mustilan ja Pukaron kartanoihin. Soiniityssä on viisi majoitushuonetta (Anita, Ebba, Elli, Kyra ja Henrik), joissa kaikissa on oma keittiö tai minikeittiö ja kylpyhuone. Soiniitty sijaitsee vain 500 m valtatie 6:lta. Helsinkiin 110 km, lentokentälle 104 km, Kouvolaan 20 min - 30 km, Porvooseen 50 km ja Loviisaan 38 km. Mustilan Arboretumiin on vain 5 km.

The nearest electric car charging point is in the yard of the Sale market.

Läheltä löytyy ruokakauppoja, bussipysäkki (100m) sekä metsäinen lenkkimaasto. Lahden kaunis satama-alue vain kivenheiton päässä.
