Ons huisje staat in één van de mooiste Waterlandse dorpen, Broek in Waterland. Het bevindt zich in een prachtige omgeving, op 8 km van Amsterdam. Op 3 minuten lopen afstand vind je de bushalte, waardoor je binnen 12 minuten op Amsterdam Centraal staat. Het gastenverblijf zelf biedt alles wat je tijdens een vakantie nodig hebt. In ons gastenverblijf is het dus heerlijk 'thuiskomen' na bijvoorbeeld een drukke dag in de stad, of bijvoorbeeld een fietstocht langs alle leuke dorpjes hier in de buurt.

On the edge of a nature reserve, just outside Amsterdam, you’ll find our fully renovated guesthouse. A sunny house with beautiful views, this oasis of calm is the perfect base to explore the area, including historic towns such as Monnickendam and Marken. Amsterdam is literally just around the corner - an ideal retreat to escape the city bustle and return refreshed the next day.

Lodge at the waterfront, 10 min from Amsterdam

Ilpendam is a picturesque village in Waterland, 8 km north of Amsterdam. We have the advantages of the countryside, on the other hand we are in 10 min by car or bus to the A'dam Metro! After a hectic day in the city, you can relax here in nature. There is a large wooden deck on the water with table and chairs. Here you can swim if you like or paddle with our borrowed canoes. There's also a terrace in front of the house, with a table and 3 chairs where you can have breakfast in the morning sun.

Houten huisje in Ilpendam, een pittoresk dorpje onder de rook van Amsterdam. Uitstekende busverbinding naar Amsterdam (onder de 15 minuten), de bushalte bevindt zich op korte loopafstand. Het huisje is gelegen aan het water (Purmerringvaart), waar heerlijk kan worden gezwommen. Over de dijk aan de overkant kunt u een wandeling of een fietstocht maken en genieten van het prachtige Hollandse landschap. Het huisje is luxe ingericht in een frisse moderne stijl en beschikt over vele voorzieningen.

Onze B&B is voorzien van alle moderne faciliteiten zoals bijvoorbeeld een moderne keuken, Philips hue verlichting, smart TV en Quooker. De gezellige veranda is compleet met een luxe jacuzzi en houtkachel. De B&B met grote privétuin en vrij uitzicht is door een schutting volledig afgeschermd van de woonboerderij en alleen voor u als gast toegankelijk. Vanuit de Finse barrelsauna op het aangrenzende terras kijkt u uit over de pittoreske stadsweiden. Een heerlijk ontbijt naar wens is optioneel.
