We also now have a pontoon on The River behind the Barn from which you can launch your paddle boards, canoes or even go wild water swimming!

The cottage is small but perfect for couples/individuals looking to relax. It is well equipped for self catering. We can provide secure storage for bicycles and it is an ideal location for both families and ramblers. Don't forget to look out for our Lincoln Red Cattle. A perfect retreat and an ideal location for families.

Nestled in the beautiful market town of Louth on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds is Auctioneers Cottage, a cosy quaint two bedroom victorian cottage full of character and charm. The recently renovated cottage is perfectly situated to offer easy access to the town centre, off street parking close by and a plentiful selection of good pubs & restaurants. The location is also ideal for exploring the superb walking and cycling trails the Lincolnshire Wolds has to offer.

The Carriage House is a unique property close to the market square with good bus links to neighbouring towns. Boston is 17 miles away, Skegness 11 and Lincoln 25. The area is known for its close links to aviation history with museum and RAF Coningsby 15 minutes away. Bolingbroke Castle is 10 minutes by car and Gunby Hall just one of many places to visit.
