Private steps above the Cayuga Lake shore line nestled perfectly between some of the areas finest wineries/cideries. 7min away from the breath taking falls at Taughannock State Park. The scenic drive down to the Cottage is private and quiet. Once there you will find a beautiful new pavilion with a gorgeous brick fireplace and bbq area. This wing of my renovated and restored 1880’s farmhouse has private front and back entrances leading to the main hallway/parlor. Living room with TV, puzzles, games, cards, magazines, and more. The adjoining kitchen and dining area offers many amenities such as fridge, stove, microwave, coffee service. Under stairs is a half bath. Up the grand staircase are two large queen rooms with full bathrooms en suite, as well as an additional queen bedroom w/out bath. Tasteful, comfortable, thoughtful.

Down the driveway and across the street you have access to your own private dock for boating, fishing, swimming, etc.

Charming 1830s farmhouse. Conveniently located between Ithaca and Geneva. Trumansburg is a short 10 minute drive with access to restaurants, bowling, and cute little shops. Close access to waterfalls, hikes, cideries, wineries, breweries, restaurants and more. We raise sheep on pasture and grow shiitake mushrooms in the woods. We have fruit trees and a small garden. The house is very spacious, with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Plenty of space to hang out, cook, and play games.
