A 2.5* bedroom, 2 bath, two-story home on all-sports Gilletts Lake in Jackson, MI two minutes off of I-94. The entire home has been remodeled and features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. The open floor plan provides beautiful views of the lake - sometimes you may feel that you are ON a boat! Bring your boat or enjoy the kayaks and paddleboards to explore this peaceful lake. There is a nice sandbar a short paddle from the house. *“Half” bedroom is a loft bed on second floor.

Riverfront Cottage with Hot Tub & Kayaks

Smaller private cottage located in a park like setting on the water. Ideal for a couple's get-away. This is a one room 16'X20' studio apartment which includes a separate bathroom and two sleeper sofas that pull out into double sized beds and double mattresses for comfort. The entire cottage has been remodeled and features a new kitchen and a new bath. You'll have free use of 2 kayaks and a canoe, along with life preservers and paddles. There are six kayaks shared between 3 cottages.

Cozy Lake House

Located in a quiet neighborhood, this cottage is at the end of the peninsula on the water. Walk up to the top of the hill and watch the boats go by from the bench or at the park on the corner. Enjoy amazing sun and moonrises. Build a fire in the campfire ring while you listen to the waves. View the sunsets from waterfront restaurants. The inside is open and airy. Bedrooms are comfy. A half-mile walk to the pedestrian-friendly Village of Milford, known for its array of shops, restaurants, outside dining, concerts, and festivals. Perfect bungalow for single, couple, or small family. Living area has double sofa bed. Tiny home with many unique features. Fire pit at river's edge for relaxing or roasting marshmallows, and a gas grill on the dining patio. Two sit-in kayaks available and more can be rented nearby.

This little cottage drips with character & detail. It's gas lantern burns 24/7, open floor plan to the whitewashed v-groove ceilings, hardwood floors, wonderful beds & bedding to the well appointed kitchen boasting a gas range, drawer micro & subzero fridge concealed behind lovely white cabinetry - it calls out to the cook in all of us. A sunroom on the rear of the house looks into a peaceful yard with a brick patio for relaxing. Full laundry. All in the sleepy village of Sylvania.

Year round the hot tub is ready for you to enjoy, summer, winter, spring & fall. If there’s a chill, how about a hot drink by the indoor gas fireplace or fire pit? The sunroom heat lamp is perfect for your morning coffee . 3 Wineries and many walking trails, parks and museums locally. UM football fans -just 30 miles to the Big House. A cozy, comfortable vintage cottage offering lake views. The property is embraced by the 21K Acre Waterloo State Recreation Area, one of the largest in Michigan. Take a hike, run or ski on the nearby trails and visit the Eddy Discovery Center, easily accessible just a few steps down the street.
