È dotata di parcheggio privato. Sky and Sand Apartment is an ideal home for those who love sea and nature. Situated among the golden sand dunes with a sea view, it is the ideal place to spend a nice holiday in total relax and peace. From here you can admire stunning sunrises and amazing sunsets. The apartment is completely refurbished and furnished with care. It is consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room-kitchen with a sofa bed, a terrace with sea view and a private car park.

A place to stay for days, to think, relax, cook and eat, catch the sun, write and eventually work with a very fast wifi reaching the garden as well. The house is build from an ancient cave, behind Santa Maria La Nova main church. The big garden is the natural extension of the house.. hammock, fireplace, tables and spaces among olive and lemon trees, hidden from tourists routes, perfectly inside the village.

Casa "VOSSIA" è ubicata presso il centro storico di Ispica e si sviluppa al piano terra. E' confortevole e arredata con stile. A pochi passi si trovano servizi fondamentali e ricariche per auto elettriche. Sarà possibile ammirare monumenti(Stile Liberty e Barocco), la Cava, il Parco archeologico con il relativo Fortilizio e raggiungere facilmente la spiaggia di Santa Maria del Focallo (bandiera blu), oltre alla baia di “Porto Ulisse”. L'immobile è gestito da Giacomo (Host) e Antonella (Co-Host).
