Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. The villa is located only 3 km far from Castellammare del Golfo and consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms with tub and shower and a laundry room, large dining room, a kitchen and a very large and beautiful Heated swimming pool with hydro-massage . The swimming pool, with a beautiful view on the sea, is always open but it is heated from MARCH TO NOVEMBER. it works very well when the outdoor temperature is more then 15 degrees.

Immerso nel silenzio, vicino a Pienza, Montalcino, Bagno Vignoni e le terme naturali di Bagno San Filippo. Per raggiungerci è molto semplice, l'ultimo km di strada è sterrata ma percorribile da tutti.
