This truly charming medieval residence is set on a single floor plan in the quaint historical center of Ostuni at approximately 300m from the main square, Piazza della Libertà. It enjoys a stunning view of the beautiful Mediterranean Sea, stretches of fragrant olive groves, winding mysterious passageways and pretty terraced rooftops. The house is entirely made of stone, all on one floor and decorated in a typical Apulian style with balcony and roof terrace with a view of the beautiful Adriatic.

Our comfortable recently-renovated house lies in a peaceful traditional village, a fifteen minute drive from the beautiful beaches of western Sardinia. Every room and the outdoor spaces have unique views of the village, nature, or the sea. Experience good food, wine-tasting, fishing, ancient Nuraghic culture, crafts, yoga, golf, surfing or anything else that you wish. We will help you arrange it. Casa sul mare a soli 4 km dal centro di Cefalù ed 1 km da Sant’ Ambrogio. La casa fa parte di un complesso di villette a schiera posizionate a pochi passi dal mare. La spiaggia su cui si affaccia è tra le più belle ed incontaminate del territorio, caratterizzata da sassi e ghiaia. Il fondale è quasi interamente di sabbia finissima (ma potrebbe cambiare a seconda delle mareggiate) . In poche parole la vera casa sul mare!!!

Pietra di Luna is a charming, tiny home located in a beautiful pedestrian courtyard from the 1800’s, just a few steps from the main square. Come relax on the stunning, private rooftop terrace, complete with views of the historic center, sea and surrounding countryside. Inside you will find gorgeous, local white stone walls, travertine tiles, and traditional decor composed of local pottery and light and airy touches.

Casa accogliente e dotata di tutti i confort

La casa è situata nel centro storico di Sant'antioco e si sviluppa in due piani. Al piano terra si trova la zona giorno con divano, TV e cucina con di tutti gli elettrodomestici (Frigorifero, fornetto). Inoltre e' presente un cortile con ampio barbeque e tavolo e sedie per pranzi e cene all'aperto. Al primo piano si trovano le due camere da letto e il bagno completo di lavabo, vaso, bidet, box doccia e lavatrice.
