The cottage is located in the village of Údolíčko, 1 km from Perštejn, where you’ll find a brewery, swimming, rocks, and other attractions. It is in a beautiful, picturesque valley leading into the Mountains and offering complete privacy. It is fully fenced with direct access into the forest. There is a large terrace, a covered terrace with a fireplace and a relaxing garden with a view. Parking is available directly in front of the cottage. There is a sauna for up to 6 people with a shower.

S citem rekonstruované podkroví s výhledem do přírody a koupacím sudem na terase (za příplatek) a domácím kinem. Rádi Ti naše místo propůjčíme. K dispozici Ti bude celý prostor včetně terasy. Pomůžeme naplánovat výlet a objevit krásy Krušnohoří. Staráme se o naše místo s láskou a pečlivostí. Chceme, aby ses tu i Ty cítil jako doma. Hory, příroda i lázeňské město od každého je tu trochu!

The base capacity is 8 people in 4 bedrooms, for additional 2 guests we provide extra beds. Facilities include sauna, ski-room with a hot-air boot dryer and roofed parking space on the property. Privacy is guaranteed by a large fenced garden. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and local ski slopes. Garden Finnish sauna is for an additional fee.

In einer Höhe von 850 m erwarten Euch Natur pur, Ruhe, unverfälschte Bergwiesen und viele Wander- und Radwege. Im Winter startet direkt hinter dem Haus die Jugelloipe mit Anschluß an die Kammloipe und tschechische Skimagistrale. Mehrere Ski-Abfahrtshänge sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. After the original cottage burned down in 1987, we designed and built the cottage in its current form within 3 years, and we try to continue to maintain and improve it for our, but especially your, comfort. We wish you a wonderful stay in the fresh air and enjoy the peace, which is exceptional in our area.

Tento zelený dům je výjimečný svoji atmosférou. Interiér je boutique chalupa. Většina nábytku je původní jen nově zrekonstruovaná. Ostatní nábytek jako například postele, skříně a skříňky jsme vyrobili vlastnoručně spolu s našimi nejlepšími přáteli. Na celkovou rekonstrukci jsme vynaložili spousty času, energie a úsilí. Toto místo prostě musíte zažít.:)
