You have access to the whole house including the garage(converted gameroom). You also have access to front and back yard. Home access- keyless entry. Feel free to call/text with any questions. The home is across the street from the Dell Diamond, the Kalahari Resort Waterpark, and several grocery stores. Go for a run on one of the nearby jogging trails in Old Settlers Park. Lake Travis and the city of Austin are a drive away. Magnolia Market, Magnolia Table and Press Coffee Co (Chip and Joanna Gains businesses) are only an hour away. By car. Please park in driveway. Cabin In The Woods

Come stay for a relaxing time overlooking the San Gabriel River with a beautiful panoramic view. It is a safe wonderful get-a-way for fresh air and shaded walks. The Cabin has its own driveway/parking.There is a well defined path, 5 min walk to the River, where you can relax, picnic,swim, Kayak or fish. At Cabin we have Volleyball, Cornhole, Horseshoes, Tetherball, Fire-pit wood, pool for you and your family to enjoy in warm weather with privacy. *Sorry but we will not be able to host parties.

Barn Loft Luxury at a Texas Longhorn Ranch

True Texas experience in the barn at a small ranch. See one of the biggest steers in the world at 13.5 long.. Stay in a luxurious loft in the barn constructed with whitewashed shiplap and rustic timbers. Big oversized windows and view the stables and pasture. The oversized cowboy bathtub is a converted water trough. This space features an open floor plan that includes 2 queen plus 1 twin size beds, a kitchenette and entertainment center. Vaulted ceilings make for a cozy stay.

This charming ranch-style home comfortably accommodates **up to 6 adults** plus **2 to 4 children** with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is not suited for more than 6 adults at any one time, but can host 8 to 10 guests when including children. The cabin grounds feature a serene koi pond and hot tub. Seasonal fire pit - placed out in fall and winter. 5 minutes to HighPointe Estate and close to many other wedding venues. Enjoy the whole house to yourself (1350sqft of accessable space to you). You'll have 3 bedrooms with 3 queen size beds and 2.5 bathrooms. You can park your car in the garage and you'll get the garage door opener. Both bedrooms have queen size beds. You'll have two Tv's with Hulu, Netflix, Amazon prime. The house also includes a washer and dryer for use. The backyard is fully fenced in for your pets (no aggressive breeds).

It would be a good place to get away from all the distractions of life and write that novel that's been percolating in you head for so long, or you could just have another cup of coffee and watch the roadrunners.
