Hand Built Log Cabin

This cabin was completed in 1940 by previous owner's grandmother with only the help of her horses. The wood was cut from the property. Originally it had no electric or plumbing, we updated it more in 2021 keeping as much original as possible. Rustic cabin has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower only, washer and dryer, full eat in kitchen and living room. On site you can relax watching horses, mini horses, goats, chickens & ducks as well as wild life. You can feed and pet the 🐐 goats.

Welcome to Goforth into Nature! This peaceful countryside oasis was completed in March this year. It has one bedroom with a queen bed/pillow top mattress & one full size sleeper sofa (in the living room) with 4” memory foam mattress and luxury linens. The full bathroom includes a luxury rainfall shower head, deluxe linens and a washer/dryer. Kitchen is fully stocked! Free wi-fi! Head outside to soak in the new open air seven seater hot tub, lounge on patio chairs or warm up by the fire pit!

FUNKS INN-no extra guest fees or cleaning fee

This house was built in 1870, it is a stone structure and was used as a family farm home. It has been remodeled for its use today. It is historically correct, which includes antiques of the time. Post Civil War era, furniture including the beds of this period. Another interesting aspect, is that the floors are all original. Mattresses, blankets pillows, bedding and towels are all new. The wine cellar that we have added, made on location. I always leave some out for guests. No fee.

It’s very private, with land to explore. Take a stroll to the pond or creek where you will see a little piece of history, or possibly enjoy a visit from our sweet cows. Close to La Chance winery, Desoto town, Big River access points, valley view glades, & Washington state park.

Beautiful Cottage on Large Private Lot

This lovely rural cottage is nestled back in the woods on its very own private acre of land. It offers guests a beautiful getaway experience while at the same time being just a 7 minute drive from downtown Eureka with its many delicious restaurants and adorable boutiques. Six Flags is a brief 10 minute drive, and Purina Farms is 15. We have ample parking for multiple vehicles and a completely fenced in yard great for 4 legged friends.

Rock House Retreat

Unplug and enjoy a slower pace of life at this picturesque rock cottage. The 1920’s former hunting lodge was built from stone sourced from the property, and is as charming as ever. Enjoy an early morning stroll on one of the many hiking trails, or just relax on the porch while sipping coffee. There are many great hiking opportunities within a short drive, however, once you get settled in you may not find a reason to leave.

Get away from it all when you stay where the backyard summit views are absolutely stunning! Sunset Glamper is a camper on our property next to our detached garage. Enjoy the perks of a shared inground pool, sun loungers, patio with gazebo, dining table and outdoor kitchen with a grill. You will be within 5 minutes of a grocery store and 30 min from St. Louis.
