You will be close to everything when staying at this centrally located downtown home. In the business region of Old Steubenville, it’s just a 5 minute drive to Franciscan University or Krogers grocery store, and a 5 minute stroll into Steubenville's Historic Fourth St, where you'll find Nutcracker Village, shops, restaurants and First Fridays! Pittsburgh is 40 minute drive. We have put a lot of love and attention into restoring this historic home to make it comfortable and cozy for our guests.

In the Friendly Village of Wintersville, close to Franciscan University and highway 22. Short walk to shopping, restaurants and bus stop. Use of washer, dryer, and are kitchen available downstairs by appointment for additional fees. Games, books, baby gate, extra beds, bedding etc, are available on request.

You will have complete access to the second floor along with all the amenities and access to fully stocked kitchen (when you book the whole floor for 2 nights or more) minus groceries and coffee is always on. Each room has its own distilled water fountian located in the bathroom and kitchen sinks. Trinity east hospital is 1/2 mile and Trinity west is 1.5 mile away.
