The house sits right on the banks of beautiful Pownal Bay; enjoy the magnificent views, the vibrant bay, and gaze out towards Northumberland Strait and the ocean beyond. The water is warm, safe and there's an old rock wharf where schooners once landed, now the home to basking seals. There are eagles, wildlife and shellfish. Fifteen minutes from Charlottetown, mere steps away from the beach, the sea, a dirt road. Two decks face the water, south facing windows, large yards. Perfect always!

This bright, clean riverfront apartment is only 12 minutes from Downtown Charlottetown or the QE Hospital, making it a great choice for Travel Nurses. You'll have access to kayaks (along with the associated safety gear) and a large backyard which includes a firepit and screened in gazebo. You'll be close to the city and also only 10 minutes from Kinlock Beach or 25 minutes from Blooming Point or Dalvay. We are 1 hour from the Confederation Bridge and 40 minutes from the Ferry Terminal.
