Antiga casa anexa à CASA GRANDE (anuncio CASA GRANDE DE JUNCAIS) transformada em pequeno apartamento independente, a Casa do Meio tem 1 quarto com WC, sala com kitchenet e salamandra e tem capacidade para 2 pessoas. Os hóspedes terão acesso à sala de jogos, ao bilhar, ping-pong, matraquilhos, bicicletes e piscina. Aos hospedes é facultada informação sobre os locais a visitar, onde comer, que caminho seguir... e está sempre por perto alguém da Casa para qualquer apoio que seja necessário. É situada no centro da aldeia, constituindo um dos lados do largo principal, numa área de 5444 m2 de superfície. Situada na Serra da Estrela a poucos Km das Penhas Douradas , numa zona de Castelos e Aldeias Históricas, onde é possível fazer caminhadas por trilhos sinalizados, aventurar-se no Parapente ( na vizinha Aldeia Histórica de Linhares) ou refrescar-se nas praias fluviais do Mondego e do Zêzere. Na região a oferta gastronómica mantém a autenticidade dos velhos tempos, com pratos como cabrito com míscaros, arroz de Carqueja, peixes do rio em escabeche e morcelas com grelos, sem esquecer o pão de centeio, o óptimo azeite e o vinho do Dão.

Novelães is a very quiet village just 5 km from the foot of Serra da Estrela between Gouveia and Seia. The house has a large space with 3 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests can enjoy silence and peace, walk through the woods and visit the surrounding natural attractions.

Fantastic villa next to Linhares da Beira Castle. It has 4 bedrooms, with complete and private bathroom, and can accommodate up to 8 people. Outside, the property is fully fenced and offers good privacy, with excellent views of the Caramulo mountains, Linhares Castle and Serra da Estrela. A spacious garden with a large private pool and sun loungers allows you to fully enjoy the beautiful sunset.

Relax Container

The Relax Container, the only existing house in the property, is an isolated comfortable home completely surrounded by nature, and a small creek passing by, where you can relax and regenerate yourself, away from the stress of the cities. In the same space, there´s a hot tub you can enjoy (private and not shared) and only available for the house guests (extra fee applies).
