The on-site Beach Club Restaurant offers ocean views live music and a great Happy Hour! Our unit is not affected by Maui short term rental bans since we are a hotel-resort.

The beach cabana with everything you need fronts the nicest stretch of beach in all of Ka'anapali. Whalers village is an easy 5 minute walk from the resort.

Additionally, there are no resort fees charged by Royal Kahana with the exception of a $18.00 daily parking fee paid at the front desk.

This is a legally permitted vacation rental and is hotel zoned according to the County of Maui ordinances.

Spacious studio at the Royal Kahana that opens up to a large lanai with a full ocean view. This recently updated condo provides a fresh and relaxing environment for your next Maui Vacation. The building association charges $18 per day plus GET for parking. Limited street parking is available for free. The Royal Kahana is a Hotel zoned property.
