With a total area of 55 m², these spacious and beautifully designed cottages provide two comfortable bedrooms, a modern bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen for a relaxing and convenient stay. Large panoramic windows fill the living area with natural light and open up to serene views of Ilia Lake. Step onto the generous terrace, unwind with a cup of coffee, and soak in the peaceful atmosphere of nature.

The guesthouse Ludwig is unique for its location. The name itself came from our address as we are located at Ludwig Mlokosevichi #1. Ludwig Mlokosevichi was the Polish scientist, who initiated the founding of Lagodekhi protected areas, our treasure and pride. Because of this we decided to call the guesthouse Ludwig. There is Lagodekhi protected areas in a 100 meters walking distance. We try to make guest feel like a local, offer homemade breakfast and he dinner, joyful piano evenings.

Misty is a tiny cottage located in Tianeti, Sioni. Just a 10-15 minute away from the center. It is perfect for two people, but can accommodate up to 4. It is divided into three zones - a living area with a comfortable sofa and kitchen, a cozy bedroom with a beautiful view of the Lake, which leads to the terrace.
