The property features 4 spacious quadruple cottages (16 beds total) and a main lodge, all reserved for your private use. It’s a peaceful, secluded retreat just a 2-min walk from a private beach ideal for children, with gently sloping waters and smooth pebbles. We provide loungers, 4 kayaks, and 3 SUPs. The village of Rovies is only a 3-min drive away, offering shops, bakeries, and mini markets. Other beaches are also within walking distance. Pets are welcome. Breakfast is available upon request.

My apartment is located 200 meters from beach of Agios Nikolaos. Two cozy rooms, new Bathroom, Full Kitchen equipment, big Balcony (12 sqm) and 2 Gardens, with grass & plants and a Unique Composition of White Olive Trees and 50 Jars in bronze color with yellow flowers. In Trikeri of South Pelion, a fully renovated house, independent & spacious with outdoor spaces, yard & balcony with panoramic views to all points of the horizon. It is located on the channel between the Pagasitic-Evoic gulf and the Aegean Sea & leaves behind it, the forest of Pelion, the Mountain of the Centaurs. Trikeri is a beautiful destination different from the rest of Pelion. It is located at the southernmost tip of Pelion at a distance of 81 km from Volos at an altitude of 300 meters.

(120 sq.m. top floor,50sq.m middle floor and 70 sq.m. on ground floor apartment) Breathtaking views of Pelion, Trikeri. 3 independent garden areas (one by the beach and one on the rear with parking space for 2 cars). Sleeps 12 persons (7 on the top,2 on middle & 3 on the ground floor apartment). 3 bathrooms and 1 WC in the whole villa.

The house stands in the historic village of Portaria Pelion and it is about 500 m. from the central square. It's altitude is 630m., and has a spectacular view to Pagasitikos and the town of Volos. You can enjoy this view not only from the balcony but also inside the house. Furthermore the Ski Centre of Pelion is only 14km. far and the city of Volos 12km. Last but not least the beautiful beaches of Pelion are located in 31km. from Portaria.
