Villa Rumi, Kaş Çukurbağ Yarımadası’nda yer alan, 6 kişilik konaklama kapasitesine sahip iki katlı bir villadır. Denize yalnızca 100 metre mesafede olup kendine ait özel bir deniz platformu vardır. Havuz üç villa ile ortak kullanımdadır ve Villa Rumi’nin önünde yer alır. Villamız, Kaş şehir merkezine 5 km uzaklıktadır. Çukurbağ Yarımadası’nın eşsiz doğası ve manzarası eşliğinde, ortak sonsuzluk havuzu ve yalnızca iki villanın kullandığı özel deniz erişimiyle unutulmaz bir tatil sizi bekliyor.

Unique Kas home with idyllic garden and sea views

This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. With beautiful views of the sea and the Greek island it is perfectly located - the centre of town and local beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

B2- Cozy wooden bungalow with pool, private garden

Our self-made bungalow is an ideal escape for a very relaxing holiday in the middle of the nature. From the small balcony you can enjoy breakfasts, overlooking the Mediterranean and the mountains. Inside the bungalow you will find a small kitchen which provides everything for preparing your breakfast (fridge, water-heater, cups, plates etc.). A small wooden bathroom includes shower (hot water available) and toilet.

Zeytin ağaçları içinde modern bir yapı. Uyandığınızda denizin masmavi manzarasını görebileceğiniz harika bir manzarası bulunuyor. Sizde bu anı kaçırmayın. Denize 1.5 km uzaklıktadır. Villaya giden yolun son 100 metresi %20’lik bir eğimden oluşmaktadır. Villamızın terası dışarıdan görünmemektedir. HAVUZUMUZDA ISITMA YOKTUR…

Doğa içerisinde villa Kibele

Villamız kalkana araçla 5 dk mesafede çevresinde marketler ve restoranlar vardır. Manzarası muhteşemdir. Huzur dolu bir tatil için villamız siz misafirlerimizi beklemektedir. Villamızın havuzu normale göre geniş ve büyüktür 50 metrekaredir. Uzakta olsa patara deniz manzarası(iki dağın arasında uzaktan gözüken) vardır.

Villa Senar is a cosy sea front holiday home set on the beautiful Kas peninsula with sea views that are simply stunning. Its prime location offers seafront tranquility whilst being just a 5 minute drive from the centre of Kas town. The sea platforms are just 80 meters from the house, accessed via a shady stairway.
