This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. With beautiful views of the sea and the Greek island it is perfectly located - the centre of town and local beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

B2- Cozy wooden bungalow with pool, private garden

Our self-made bungalow is an ideal escape for a very relaxing holiday in the middle of the nature. From the small balcony you can enjoy breakfasts, overlooking the Mediterranean and the mountains. Inside the bungalow you will find a small kitchen which provides everything for preparing your breakfast (fridge, water-heater, cups, plates etc.). A small wooden bathroom includes shower (hot water available) and toilet.

Apartımızın içerisinde tüm ihtiyaçlarınızı karşılayacak araç ve gereçler mevcuttur. Kaşın merkezinde en güzel manzaraya sahip olan apartımızda sizleri en iyi şekilde ağırlamaktan mutluluk duyarız :)

It is in a central location and the garden floor belongs to you and the pool only belongs to the customer on the garden floor. The other upper floors will not be used. Villamız kalkana araçla 5 dk mesafede çevresinde marketler ve restoranlar vardır. Manzarası muhteşemdir. Huzur dolu bir tatil için villamız siz misafirlerimizi beklemektedir. Villamızın havuzu normale göre geniş ve büyüktür 50 metrekaredir. Uzakta olsa patara deniz manzarası(iki dağın arasında uzaktan gözüken) vardır.
