De villa heeft een eigen toegangsweg met poort. De begane grond heeft een volledig ingerichte keuken en een eetkamertafel voor 8 personen, een woonkamer met open haard en een gastentoilet. Op de begane grond zijn 2 slaapkamers en een badkamer met ligbad. Via een trap naar boven bereik je de andere 2 slaapkamers; ieder met een eigen badkamer met douche en toilet. Iedere slaapkamer heeft een eigen terras met een zitje. Halverwege de week wordt de villa schoongemaakt en het bedlinnen verwisseld.

Pelagoo Residence

Based on the small island of Kalamos, built out of stone with wooden floors, the house is bright and has amazing views to the Ionian Sea. It has two separate rooms on the top floor, while the kitchen and bathroom are on the ground floor. The kitchen is spacious with an additional bed therein. Internet is fast & reliable (Starlink). Fresh water is provided all year around from the natural spring up in the mountain. The house is surrounded by olive trees and is perfect for couples and families.

Το Φτερνό είναι ένα ορεινό χωριό της ανατολικής Λευκάδας που βρίσκεται στο μέσο της διαδρομής Νυδριού-Βασιλικής και 29χλμ από την πόλη της Λευκάδας.Σε μικρή απόσταση βρίσκονται οι παραλίες Αφτέλι, Αμμούσω, Αγιοφύλλι,Μικρός Γιάλος κτ.. Η οικία μας προσφέρει άνετα δωμάτια,μεγάλη κουζίνα και μπάνιο. Η ηρεμία του χωριού καθώς και η απίστευτη θέα είναι αυτά που τραβούν την προσοχή κάθε επισκέπτη.. Ο χώρος μας είναι κατάλληλος για ζευγάρια, επαγγελματίες ταξιδιώτες και οικογένειες (με παιδιά).

Ο οικισμός απέχει μόλις δέκα λεπτά από το πολυσύχναστο Νυδρί, είκοσι λεπτά από τους παραλιακούς οικισμούς Σύβοτα, Βασιλική και μισή περίπου ώρα από τη πόλη της Λευκάδας. Το κατάλυμα είναι ιδανικό γι' αυτούς που επιζητούν ήσυχες διακοπές σ' ένα αυθεντικά παραδοσιακό τοπίο, ενώ ταυτόχρονα παρέχει τη δυνατότητα εύκολης πρόσβασης στις φημισμένες παραλίες.

On the top of the stairway, a three bedroom, two bathroom summer house, lying in a 1050 sq. m. lot of land in Perigiali Village. The land in its natural cypress, myrtle and acacias flora, but still with parking space for two vehicles. All the ingredients of a relaxed (or not) vacation are here.

A rural hidaway in the mountains of Lefkada. This modest family home in the village of Katochori is a perfect spot for your greek getaway. You must have your own transport for this property. Not suitable for children under 12 due to many stepped paved areas and an unfenced pool. This is a home not a villa, I live here year round and only do airbnb for a few weeks in the summer.
