De bovenverdieping / slaapgedeelte heeft geen trap hek en raden we aan om hier geen kleine kinderen te laten verblijven.

Deze romantische woonboot ADRIANA in het hart van Amsterdam is voor echte liefhebbers van historische schepen. Gebouwd in 1888 is dit een van de oudste boten van Amsterdam en ligt in de Jordaan vlak bij het Anne Frank huis en het Centraal Station. Het schip heeft 5G internet, TV, centrale verwarming, aparte badkamer en een gratis parkeerplek. U heeft het exclusieve gebruik. Buiten op het dek heeftU een prachtig uitzicht op de Keizersgracht en zijn er veel winkels en restaurants om de hoek.

It is beautifully situated: on a quiet, spacious park (Sollasi), 2 km from the beach, near a recreational lake and close to cosy villages and cities (such as Noordwijk, Zandvoort, Leiden, Haarlem, Amsterdam and The Hague). So plenty to do but also lovely to "come home" to after a day at the beach or an outing.

Loop de deur uit, binnen 5 minuten op het strand! Midden in de oude dorpskern van de gezellige badplaats, vlakbij de winkelstraat en boulevard met leuke restaurants. Maar ook een prima keuken om zelf te koken. Boven een lichte ruime slaapkamer met 2 persoonsbed, badkamer met douche, wastafel, toilet en wasmachine. Je kan zitten op ons privé binnenplaatsje. Inclusief 2 fietsen. Gratis parkeren op 300 meter lopen.

Holiday house with sauna close to the sea

Welcome in my cosy holidayhouse with a green garden. The park is located next to the dunes and within a 15 min walk through the dunes you'll arrive at the beach. It is possible to book the sauna for 40 euro's for half a day. There is central heating and pellet stove in the house so it is also warm in winter.
