Room B is a small (10’ x 10’) but cozy room with full size bed with luxury mattress and private bathroom (5’ x8’) with towel warmer & glass shower. The room includes a desk, TV, minifridge, microwave, coffee maker, dresser, reading chair & private entrance. In the summer we have bicycles to use on the rail trail and kayaks for the Kennebec River. Year round hot tub. Downtown is just a block away where there are numerous restaurants and pubs with live music. Hiking trails & waterfalls nearby.

Tall ceilings and large windows with views on Lake Minnehonk create a feeling of grandeur while the unique furnishings mixed with antiques make the space cozy. Kitchenette and private bathroom. Access to the whimsical side garden, fire pit, and dock. Canoe available. Walkable to Scapes local cafe.

I'm located in mid coast Maine near Damariscotta, Camden, Rockland, Augusta, etc. There is heat and WiFi a microwave a kettle, coffee maker, TV and refrigerator and other items for your convenience. It is not a kitchen but as many amenities as I can accommodate. You are welcome here to enjoy the privacy, comfort and convenience here.
